Ribbon from balloons was one of the most common treasures found along the beaches. People do not realize that when balloons fly away from someone's hands, they don't just disappear into nothingness. They will end up somewhere. Anyway, I began collecting the ribbon just to make sure that the seagulls would not get tangled up in them. Many of the ribbons were very colorful so I would salvage what I could and dispose of the others. On occasion, I decided to shoot the more colorful bundles and this is what I came up with. I have plans to reuse the rest in future projects. Enjoy.
